Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Jewelry must be returned in the same condition as received.

Customized or engraved items are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@usaoragold.com with your order number and reason for return.
Exchanges
We happily offer exchanges for items of the same value or a different style. To exchange an item:

Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number and the item you wish to exchange.
We will guide you through the return process and ship your new item promptly once we receive your original piece.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
